Gothabilly? Hear it Saturday with The Devilz in the Detailz

Posted on June 22, 2009

The Devilz in the Detailz are a Pittsburgh-based hybrid of 50-60's surf, garage, and rockabilly with a gothic-horror appeal, some call it gothabilly. The fiery vocals of Miss Lucy Fer tell tales more deep, dark, and devious than your wildest nightmares. The thundering bass of Burlin Watters rolls, and Monk's crash of lightning drums are the last thing you ever hear. The Devilz in the Detailz use this catchy mixture of rockabilly and horror to inject and infect the unsuspecting villagers of Pittsburgh, it's 1955 and Cthulhu's coming to the party. They will be joined by The Whips and The Dregs.
